Three fully equipped houses, with private swimming pools-jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchens, separate in-bedroom bathrooms, and living rooms with a fireplace. Apartment Aphrodite 3 is a beautiful fully equipped 75 sq.m apartment, capable of accommodating up to 5 persons, with private pool-jacuzzi 2x3 meters and terrace, just 600m away from the scenic center of Naoussa. Our house consist of 3 levels. In the Ground floor there is a living and dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a sofa bed. In the First floor (which is seperated by 5 stairs from the Ground floor) there is 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally in the Lower floor (which is seperated by 5 stairs from the Ground floor) there is 1 more bedroom with en suite bathroom. Our apartment can offer you a luxurious and calm way to spend your vacation with your friends or family, while being 10 minutes aways from one of the most beautiful spots in Greece. Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Βougainvillea House II

First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!
