Our place is very spacious inside and out so lots of space for guests to relax. Surrounded my trees it’s very peaceful. We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. Less than 10 minutes from Hawke's Bay Airport and a short drive to Napier's iconic Art Deco city, it's the perfect base to relax and explore.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Highcliff

Highcliff - spacious, five bedroom, self catering home. Sitting high on the Havelock North hills overlooking vineyards and the iconic Tuki Tuki River to Napier, the sea and beyond, Highcliff and Edgecliff occupy one of the prime positions in Hawkes Bay with spectacular views. The two dwellings can be individually booked for totally separate groups or couples, while large groups find the relatively close proximity of the two, very user-friendly.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

The Tui's Nest

Self contained apartment in a peaceful rural setting. Unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax on the deck, cook a BBQ and listen to the Tui's sing while sipping on a wine from The Mission and Church Road Wineries, a short 5 minutes drive away. Enjoy the wineries, breweries, concerts, festivals and the Art Deco architecture of Napier just 10 minutes drive away. No children under 12.

The Riverbank Cottage

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage, which is separate from main house and studio unit. Centrally located in Clive and only 10 minutes to Napier, Hastings, Taradale and Havelock North. The property has park like grounds and direct access to Clive River and cycleways. Queen bed in bedroom, queen bed in lounge. Pool, BBQ and laundry available for guest use.
