Enjoy a stay of charm and heritage at a 1906 Brown County home known as Helmsburg Station. It was originally owned by the Helm's of Helmsburg, IN and has been completely renovated from the exterior walls inward during 2019. Helmsburg Station pays tribute to the history of its quaint location as the original direct route from Indianapolis to Brown County via the railroad line. It's an adorable home in historic Prospect Hill. Our house is steps from downtown, Switchyard Park, the B-Line, and Kirkwood. It has tons of light, lots of space to gather, brand new HVAC, and super fast WiFi! There is a private parking lot in the back of the house. The front has a small porch and the back has a brand new, large deck. A tree line provides privacy from Second Street in the back.
