Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. The “Perch" is an all new studio apartment with a private entrance. Your space is connected to our main house but is completely separate. Relax on the private patio with pretty views of the countryside. See local wildlife, such as deer, fox and turkey. The Perch is conveniently located less than 4 min to I-65.

Quiet and convenient- a great place to relax after a visit to downtown Nashville, or a quick overnight stay. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Whether vacation or a business trip, enjoy a peaceful place to unwind. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. The Retro Retreat is the upstairs apartment in a historic property. 15 minutes from BNA & Opryland attractions and 15 minutes from downtown Nash, this cozy Inglewood apartment is wrapped in pine wood and furnished with a vintage flair with a private entrance.  The bedroom accommodates 2 guests, queen size bed. Alternate foldable memory foam mattress is available. It is stored else ware, let me know before you arrive if it's needed. Off-street parking, two vehicles, Daily coffee provided.
