It has a brand new ac and air purifier. It has outdoor seating, privacy fence and keyless entry. Minutes away from JIA, River City Marketplace, the Zoo and the Cruise terminal.

The perfect place to call home, long term stays are welcome and all stay include unlimited YMCA access during your stay. The Retreat is separate from the main house (The Funk House) it is located in the back, on the top floor garage apartment. You'll find yourself in the Brooklyn area of Riverside and close to 5-points, avondale , murray hill , DT Jax and 4 miles from Daily's Place & Vystar Veterans Arena. Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.
