Our home has 3 twin beds with pullouts, 1 double bed and 1 single heavy duty foldaway bed. Max 9 pax with kids ANY pet is not allowed. The place has a balcony (with a mountain view) which can be used as place for dining & socialization. The kitchen has a ref, microwave, cooking range, among others.
