It is equipped with Satellite, WIFI, basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, and more. We have trails to explore and a floating dock in the bayou!

Walk past gorgeous homes to Front Street, the University, and historic sites - all well within walking distance!

There’s a public boat launch a quarter of a mile up the road. Take a leisurely ride to Front Street to enjoy the festivities downtown. If you are driving, it’s a 12 minute ride to downtown.
