This is a working farm and you'll frequently see and hear farm machinery(tractors/atvs/etc.), livestock (cattle/horses/a donkey/4 dogs/a cat),and wildlife (coyotes/turkeys/deer).

There are 100 acres to explore, bordering the Jefferson National Forest, with hiking trails and just 2 miles from the James River. This would be an ideal place for family to meet if some of you want to camp and others would like a real house. There is a queen bed and a day bed.
