The best of both worlds. Our 11-acre waterfront family’s retreat is the ideal getaway for outdoor enthusiasts and beach lovers. With RVs on the front of the property and the occasional tent camper dispersed through out the acreage, you’ll enjoy time away from the crowds walking the mulched trail to the water or using the two kayaks provided for guest use. Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.

Walking distance from the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico or Santa Rosa Sound. The beach by the bay is great for small children. Come and enjoy our Beach Home, mins away from major shopping & tourist attractions but most importantly not all the hustle/traffic of neighboring cities; Destin & Pensacola. All essential amenities are provided. HOA does not allow any RV, ATV, golf cart, jet skis and trailer hitches in the parking lot.
