Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου. Είναι ένα διαμέρισμα 25τ.μ. , πολύ φωτεινό,με μπαλκόνι με θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, με άνετους χώρους που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο άτομα. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

In the apartment you can find 2 bedrooms. One with a king sized bed and one with two bunk beds sleeping 4 people.There is a tiny little bathroom but be sure that you will find in it just everything you need! At the cosy living room there is a smart TV set.
