Located in the Brandeis Building/Old Market area: 1/2 mile from Creighton, 1/2 mile from CHI Health Center and The Capital District, 2 blocks west of the Gene Leahy Mall at the Riverfront, 1 mile from the College World Series & 2 miles from the Henry Doorly Zoo/Aquarium. This condo comes with a Queen size bed, Queen size sleeper couch and a twin sized sleeper chair. Washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and covered parking also included.

Wood floors throughout, comfortable leather furniture, king bed in master, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, wifi, 55” LED TV, full size washer/dryer, stove, microwave, kitchen table w/ 6 chairs, tub/shower, full size fridge, propane grill, lawn chairs. Shampoo, soap, coffee provided. Additional twin bed available on porch (spring / summer / fall - AC on porch. Not ideal during cold weather).
