New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

Nestled in the exclusive Pleasure Island Marina, this waterfront condo offers stunning views and easy access to boating and fishing on Sabine Lake. This first-level unit features elevator access and accommodates up to four guests. Inside you'll find a cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and kitchen with an eat-in nook and counter bar stools. The living room has a sofa bed, a 52-inch smart TV, WiFi, and cable. Enjoy marina views from the private balcony, perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Two bedroom, one bath home. Quiet and secure. Full refrigerator and washer/dryer combo. The kitchen is ready to be used with a stove, microwave, oven, toaster and Kurig. Also stocked with all cooking utensils, pots/pans, and dishes. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with large driveway and carport for parking. Garage is also available to use for storage of boxes or tools if needed during your stay. Large, fully fenced back yard. Close to refineries, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Centrally located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, The Nest is within walking distance of a grocery store, library, and park. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A are ~1 mile away! When you stay at The Nest, you will enjoy a clean and comfortable space for yourself or a small group of 2-4 people. Each room has a full size bed. The Outback studio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest studio. Completely free standing and private for quiet stay. Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway. There is a 12 and one miniature oven that includes an air fryer feature, a blender and hot plate as well as a complete plate and utensil set. Simple meals will be easy to prepare. If more is required, just ask.

West End Beaumont Oasis

Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom West End Oasis in Beaumont, TX! Our corner-lot home is nestled in the heart of West End Beaumont with a large fenced in backyard and a pool with multiple lounge areas (both covered & uncovered). We are approximately 0.6 miles from Rogers Park and provide easy access to Highways 90 and 105 as well as Interstate 10. Our home also features a fully functional kitchen stocked with all essentials.

Cozy new Duplex located blocks away from Motiva and Sabine pass. Very convenient location for plant employees and people who love to come out and fish. There is a shared kitchen and laundry area. Each guest has a private Livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. In each of the bedrooms there is a door with a dead bolt leading into the kitchen/laundry area. These are the ONLY shared spaces. The rest is 100% private.
