Located in the secure gated community of the Sunshine Village complex on the west end road, Negril. A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Utility is NOT included in the rent.
