Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Turtle Beach Cottage is a newly renovated waterfront beach house with swimming pool and spectacular water views. You can see dolphins from the deck and there are koalas nearby. Entertainer's delight with huge deck with water views and BBQ. It's 50 metres from historic Tanilba House just metres from a beach famous for its incredible sunsets.
