Hidden Half-mile Lake House

Recently featured in Best AirB&B Canada! This lake front, 4 bed/2 bath, home features stunning views, an exceptionally private sandy beach - all 1 mile from town. The walkout basement offers an equipped mud room to dry out your gear and a rec room with a queen sleeper sofa + TV (can double as a semi private 5th bed). Max 6 ppl (incl infants). A lockable shed for your sport gear is provided. Please note that the home has a strict no pet/party rule. Approved non registered guests only (max 4).

A 7,000 sq ft Log Home with a private lakefront and superb views. Perfect for family reunions, business, fishing retreats etc. 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, sleeps 16 people in 9 beds. Sun decks, bar, pool table, TV theatre room, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, boat dock. Close to ferry landing and boat launch. 10min drive from Crawford Bay w artisan shops, restaurants, market and golf courses. This is a quiet resort in a natural setting, please only mature, respectful groups, no stags, loud parties etc.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Small Cabin with gorgeous views and lake access

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil cabin. Enjoy the stunning view of the mountains and city of Nelson. Right next to famous Pulpit rock hiking trail and 30 minute drive to Whitewater Ski Resort. You have space in the car port for your skis equipment or bicycles. From parking to cabin there are 3 stair cases & many steps, it's sadly not for mobility reduced individuals. Nelson is a very special city. It has many restaurants and store that offer organic foods as well as vegan options.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Arrive at Tall Trees down a long, winding driveway through thick, natural forest. Stroll down the lawns past epic organic gardens to our new 100’ dock on beautiful Kootenay Lake. Soak in the sun-drenched south facing view from our private bay & beach. Fire up the BBQ on the patio in front of your NEW, bright and spacious 2 bedroom suite. 6 night+ stay required between June 21 and Sept 7. 3 night minimum otherwise. NO SMOKING anywhere on property. Mature quiet dogs with prior approval OK.

Ainsworth Springs Suites - Kutenai Suite

Directly across from the entrance to Ainsworth Hot Springs and situated on Kootenay lake. The suite is spacious and features incredible lake and mountain views, a private deck, a fully equipped kitchen, and private access to a secluded beach. It is the perfect, quiet get-away. NOTE: Please check the hot springs website for further information about access to the hot springs. We are separate from the resort. Pet friendly ($20 pet fee per stay charged separately)

Waterfront Log Cabins right by the water. Equipped for up to 8 guests ( one king, one queen and 4 twin extra long beds) but most comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for families and couples. Equipped with Telus 6 Wi-Fi, fire pit, picnic table, covered decks. Dog friendly ($25 per dog/night). A/C *During peak season, starting on June 27 and ending on Sept 4 - Seven nights minimum rental with weeks starting and ending on SATURDAYS.

Three minutes from Kokanee Provincial Park and 10 minutes from the Balfour Ferry. Nelson is a twenty minute scenic drive along the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. Kokanee Zipline is a short 5 minute drive and we are on the doorstep of many famous mountain bike trails in Kokanee Glacier Park.

Longbeach suites, located on the west arm of Kootenay Lake 21 kms north of Nelson BC providing 171 ft. of beach front. We have two separate suites available on the upper level of our home overlooking the beach. The suites are accessed from the parking area by one of two stair cases or an enclosed wheel chair lift to the upper deck. A new saltwater system hot tub has just been installed for your pleasure
