Welcome to our modern apartment in beautiful Nelson. This contemporary gem is a brand new build completed in 2023, offering you the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience for your stay in this charming region. Located in a prime spot, our apartment allows you to explore the best that Nelson has to offer. Whether you want to indulge in the vibrant arts and culture scene, explore the nearby nature reserves, or stroll through the charming streets, it's all within easy reach.

Garden Room

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

Inner City Charm

Inner City Charm is a home away from home! We are situated within a 5 minute flat walk to the CBD, close to cafés, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Perfect if you are travelling without a car. The entire apartment has recently been renovated, offering a fresh new look, comfy bed, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and free tea and coffee, making your stay enjoyable and easy. Inner City Charm is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Parkview Cottage - stroll to town

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

WAINUI VILLA Stylish central living

Wainui Villa combines its original 1907 villa charm with fully modern contemporary living. The studio is a the spacious room with high ceilings, polished wooden floor, sash windows and exquisite original fire place. Enjoy the modern comfort of a new heat pump, modern bathroom and kitchenette and full HD Smart TV with unlimited wifi. The modern honey comb blinds offer you privacy and warmth and the black out blinds help ensure a good night’s sleep.

No smoking within the property please. The unit is ideal for short stay visitors who are happy to dine out. Air fryer, Electric fry pan, Microwave, electric jug, cutlery, plates etc. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice and Breakfast cereal provided. Dining table but no washing machine. Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.

Artists Studio / Workshop Downtown Nelson City

Welcome to my Studio/Workshop, located in the heart of the city. This spacious loft-style apartment features a living room with French doors leading to a courtyard, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette with hobs and microwave oven. It's the perfect spot for couples looking to be close to the best restaurants and wine bars, or for writers and artists seeking a cozy retreat in the historical area of South Street.
