Close to great restaurants, views, beaches, walks and bike paths. Lounge at the pool, work up a sweat at the gym or enjoy the Sunday jazz at the HL. You're hardly need to leave to have fun. Best thing is you pay for a room but get the house mostly to yourself as I'm a busy bee - I work evenings, wake late and I'm usually out during the day so the TVs all yours and I have Netflix. Please be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and my place has good insulation for sound and temperature control.

There is a comfy queen bed and king single bunks. 50 inch smart TV to watch freeview or to stream. We have games, books, boogie boards, buckets and shovels for the beach.
