For it's first 30 years it was the 2nd story of one of the areas original farmsteads before being split from the ground level and relocated 100m north to where it sits today. Privately nestled in amongst heritage trees on a large section you could be mistaken for being in the country. Lovingly renovated and restored in 2019, this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa now offers the perfect mix of modern conveniences and original features.

The house is well situated 5 minutes from the local town of Motueka, where you will find a great selection of shops and amenities. Get out on your bikes to join the Great Taste Trail. Short drive to a swimming hole perfect in summer and close to Kaiteriteri Beach - start of the Abel Tasman Track. Enjoy your stay waking up to birdsong and views of Mount Arthur. Note: Two friendly, loveable resident cats.
