Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

Situated on Nelsons popular waterfront our roomy lower level apartment is close the beach & city. We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, Smart TV with Neon, Prime , Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. A new modern ensuite with dump shower. You won't be disappointed. Please note we will not except any bookings from individuals under the age of 20

The Cliffs Apartment

A 90m2 self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off-street parking and a private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views of the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes drive to CBD, and 15 minutes to the airport. We are within walking distance of the waterfront cafes, restaurants, and Tahuna Beach.
