There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Standalone 30sq.m tiny villa with private access, just 5 km from the old city of Nafplio, placed within a land of 5000 sq.m. In the same area, there are another three "cottages" the same size with the same interior look but all have their own privacy and they can be booked individually. All linen and towels are cottons and supplied by COCOMAT. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, and finally the vanity kit are supplied by APIVITA.

Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. 传统石材客房

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
