you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Beautiful Ocean Grove Summer Rental. Three Large Bedrooms and two spacious, full baths. Two large wrap-a-round porches. Lovely interior colors with an artistic flair. This historic home has all the charm of the Victorian era yet completely renovated for today's enjoyment. A short three block walk, around Fletcher lake, to the beach and historic downtown then over the bridge to Asbury Park. And yes...you can park in Ocean Grove on this south end of town location!

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
