The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

With a great balcony view (from 12th floor) and an open, spacious living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms- one master with is own bathroom, and two other with 3 single beds in each.
