Perfect for families or small groups, the Deluxe Quad Room combines comfort and flexibility. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), best suited for two children or one adult. Each room also features a private bathroom, a kitchenette with stovetop and fridge, and a dining table with chairs for meals or work. The stylish minimalist design makes it an inviting space for both short and longer city stays. Room sizes vary between 16–36 m².

Together with the city of Amsterdam the farmhouse was fully renovated to modern standards, while maintaining the historic value and its features.
