Walk from the doorstep to explore the Abernethy forest, the Speyside Way, Loch Garten and more. Watch red squirrels scamper round the aspen trees and stroll to the river at the foot of the garden. Note we do not serve breakfast.

A traditional yet modern property with three bedrooms, Culvardie Cottage offers amazing walks, cycling, wild swimming and wildlife all from the cottage door. Perfectly located for all ages all year round to escape from it all.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Highland Shepherd Huts are offering the ultimate glamping experience. Perfect for 2 or 4 for either a romantic break or a well needed escape. Experience nature and adventure in our shepherds hut situated in 16 acres of woodland at Mondhuie near Nethybridge. We do accept well behaved dogs and the hut has room for 1 large dog or 2 small dogs. We have to charge for this and the cost is £20 per dog per stay. This is not included in the price but cash can be left on departure.

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

A cosy self contained wing at Mondhuie Lodge. Our self catering accommodation sleeps 2 people and is the perfect forest retreat and base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Wildlife is abundant, the ski slopes are only 20 minutes away and Nethy Bridge has a local shop, coffee house and can be walked to in around 10 minutes.
