After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

The enclosed front porch has a table for 4 to enjoy coffee or a game of cards as well as a dedicated work desk space.  Great working kitchen with dining for 6. The back porch has a dining table for 6 and a fenced in yard to keep your little humans or dogs safe.  Laundry on site. No Cats
