Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

Located within a mile of the River Bend Country Club you have access to golf, a marina, kayak launch, community park, local restaurants and more. This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Use our bikes and take a ride or walk along the river to all the restaurants and attractions that downtown New Bern has to offer. You can launch your paddle board or kayak right in the river about 300 ft from our backyard.
