Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Come Relax and Enjoy it!

The Yates Cottage

Welcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

Comfy in-law suite on Hayward Creek with pool

Enjoy your own private entrance in-law suite (1 bedroom apt) attached to our house separated with double locked secure door in the hall. Quartz counters, kitchen, LR/DR, queen bed, full size bath with bar handles, door to own patio to fenced pool. Safe for women traveling alone. 8 min to hospital & 10 min downtown. Relaxing walk along boardwalk through woods wetlands to Haywood creek overlooking Croatan National Forest. You may see deer, otters, Egrets or turtles. No pets, no smoking or vaping

Waterfront Getaway with kayaks, jonboat, & fishing

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

River Watch Retreat

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

The Grey Goose (Waterfront) Historic New Bern - Private Beach - BRING YOUR BOAT!

Waterfront cottage just six minutes to historic downtown New Bern. Beautiful place on deep water Brices Creek excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. Enjoy your own private expansive sand beach right on the waterfront. Take a relaxing nap in our beach hammock or sit in one of our comfortable beach chairs with your toes in the sand and drink of choice in your hand. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.

Water Lover's Retreat: dolphins for neighbors

Welcome to our waterfront open floor plan studio-cottage. Wake to panoramic views of Swansboro and the White Oak River. Fish, kayak, dolphin watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the decks. Easy paddle to Jones, other intracoastal islands and to Swansboro for lunch. A ~15 minute drive will take you to the Emerald Isle beaches or Swansboro to walk the historic district and visit the many shops and restaurants

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
