Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). Outdoor spaces include a fire pit, deck, pool table, hot outdoor shower, outhouse (composting toilet), and forest for galavanting. The place is a perfect fit for two adults (queen bed) and one kid (63" long fold down couch).

Hammock Haven is tuned to Nature’s soundtrack — loons calling at dusk, water lapping beneath the dock, wind moving through the trees, and the occasional splash from someone giving in to the lake. From your island dome, you’ll fall asleep to these rhythms and wake as light skims across the lake. Days unfold to a steady beat: cooking simple meals, drifting in hammocks just above the water, paddling the shoreline, and wandering the wooded trails of our 14-acre island. No headphones required.

Fairytale cabin at The Wild Farm

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. We look forward to hosting you!

Waterfront Tipi Glamping // Phoenix Landing

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Vintage Americana style camping - 1950 Spartanette

If you enjoy CAMPING, you will love sleeping in a vintage camper! It's a new year, and maple sugaring season starts soon. Come cozy up at the fire pit to a warm campfire and roast marshmallows. We provide plenty of firewood to build a nice campfire. The camper is safely located on our property and has beautiful views of the woods. Plenty of fresh drinking water is provided. Queen bed. NO SHOWER or Running water. Portable toilet. Heat. Grill. WIFI spotty while in the camper.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. 4x4 recommend Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. AirbytheStream waterfront, private, clean and cozy

Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

This spacious, well-stocked, immaculate RV with large picture windows provides grand views of the impressive Connecticut River and local mountains. The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
