Our recently refurbished family cottage, located in a small village in the midst of the New Forest. Walking distance to a fantastic country pub and direct access to the forest for walking & cycling. Just a few minutes from the famous Furzey Gardens-ten acres of woodland filled with rare and beautiful plants. The house has three spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests. There is a large mature garden & a relaxing conservatory. You'll often see deer grazing in the garden in the early morning.

Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

Situated on a footpath and bridleway with immediate access to farmland walks, horse-riding and cycling routes, Wren is also only a short 5-15minute drive from the forest, beach walks, or exploring coastal and forest towns and villages. Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate.
