We do ask you to limit water use, we provide paper & plastic dinnerware. Many activities nearby oven/firepit No animals (Health concern for cleaner) No smoking. Children 7 & older.

Plenty of room for BBQing, yard games and parking your toys! camper sleeps 3, but plenty of room for tents to bring the whole crew. (1 Queen sized Murphy Bed that stays down sleeps 2 and Table turns into bed, it is difficult to set up. a cot is provided for more comfort and easy set up. Tents are available upon request! Clean and well equipped, enjoy a queen bed in the main bedroom & pull out bed option in kitchen. Bunk house sleeps three twin beds and two gamer chairs that flip into twin beds. TV’s, DVD player and Xbox are included. Outside seating, hammock & fire pit. Wi-Fi is available but may not be strong enough for working remote. Wi-Fi test was rated as 12 mbps.
