Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

Private guest suite, complete with queen size comfy bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, 48” smart TV, mini split AC/Heat unit, and shared laundry machines. You are near to restaurants, movies, museum and cross-city trail walking path! I'm a Novant nurse and will give a travel nurse discount for stays longer than 28 days.

It's old, but it is full of charm!
