The Cross-City trail is a few steps away for those desiring to start their morning with a bike ride, walk, or run.

This quaint and cozy remodeled one bedroom apartment has all the amenities you to need chill out at the beach. A perfect weekend getaway where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful back patio, relax then take a short 7 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Walking distance to Greenfield Park/Amphitheater. 1 mile to popular South Front District (shopping, dining, craft beer). 8 miles to Wrightsville Beach and 12 miles to Carolina Beach.

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

You'll love sipping coffee and watching the sunset from the front deck of this beautiful and much sought after 3rd floor ocean view condo with private pool and a beach access is just a short walk away. This NON-SMOKING condo includes, 2 flat screen SmartTVs, cable, & private WiFi. The kitchen contains all essential tool, a limited amount of spices/staples. There's also a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. The queen sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably. No pets are allowed.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
