Waterfront with pier, dock, our home and grounds are nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek between the Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek and across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

Conveniently located 3 min to Jungle Rapids Water park, 10 min to Wrightsville beach & 10 min to historic downtown river front! The center of Wilmington!

Steps to the Beach: Brink of Heaven

Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with lower level tenants and located outside the unit in garage area.

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee per dog

This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
