Twin Tides ICWW Cottage: Ocean Views, Private Pier

Welcome to the Twin Tides retreat. One of our properties on the ICWW with a private pier and dock- with a slip available to our avid boaters. Views of the Atlantic Ocean can be seen from our newly renovated property. Minutes away from Carolina Beach, the NC Fort Fisher Aquarium, the NC Battleship, golf courses or downtown Wilmington. This house spared no expense to truly make it a retreat to visit time and time again. You will love this coastal cottage that looks like it came out of a novel.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious, fenced-in yard with a covered eating area, BBQ grill, as well as a back deck with a propane fire table.

The Sunsetter - Surf studio with private roof top

The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely renovated with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. fully turfed private rooftop deck.
