Spacious Guest Studio in Park Like Setting

Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here. 2 miles to historic Smithville villages with year-round festivities. Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, & Historic Port Republic. This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

2 Queen Bedrooms

2 Bedroom cottage with Queen sized beds and a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This house works well for guests enjoying the many activities around the lake. We can fit an RV or boat trailer in our parking lot. Please check to make sure it is available before booking. Commuters enjoy the easy access to Rte 15 and I-80. **There is no lake access with this house**
