Step into the best of both worlds—our charmingly sneaky 1999 RV may look vintage on the outside, but inside it’s cozy, modern magic. Nestled on our small homestead, this is glamping at its finest: fresh air, feathered friends, and all the comforts of home (yes, we’re talking hot showers and AC). You can sip coffee with chickens, stargaze under wide-open skies, and maybe make friends with our goofy goats and obnoxious geese. Important: NO 3RD PARTY RES. Tiny Red Barn is a labor of love built by us for you on the Diascund Reservoir with water views, wooded trails and sunsets. We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you. Heavily wooded land with rolling trails, birds, deer, squirrels, turtles, chickens, mini donkeys and bees. Charming Willow Haven Modern Farmhouse Bungalow

Welcome to Willow Haven, our 23-acre horse farm, located between historic Williamsburg and downtown Richmond. We're located on the Hampton Roads Wine Trail, ideally positioned between four wineries only minutes away. Willow Haven Cottage is a two-story 900 sf charming pied-a-terre attached to our barn. Renovated in a modern farmhouse style w/ a furnished kitchen and a cozy second floor bedroom complete with an antique 4 poster queen bed, 14 ft ceiling, exposed beams and antique chandelier.

Lakeview is a peaceful rustic waterfront home located in a bird sanctuary. A pier is available for fishing. The house is very comfortable with tv’s in the great room and each of the 3 bedrooms and each tv is capable of streaming your favorite streaming service. Max is provided along with Paramount which has CBS live and movies.. Lakeview is 16 miles from Richmond and 23 miles from Williamsburg . Fantastic place for those who love eagles.. Ideal for three couples or family of six.

Treehouse in the woods w/AC & heat (bath at house)

Cozy "treehouse" cabin with AC and heat tucked in the woods, with bridge for easy entry. Large windows overlook stream. Site has picnic table and fire ring. Full-size Purple mattress in loft. 80 Mb WiFi, 4KTV. Outdoor hot tub is on the deck of our home and open to guests 24/7. Trails are closed at treehouse, but many trails available nearby. Fridge, microwave, Keurig. No bathroom at treehouse, but guests have exclusive use of our guest bathroom in our main house anytime - just a short walk.
