Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Breathtaking views of the entire property can be seen from every window of this well appointed stay. The kitchen, dining area, cozy living space, balcony, and bathroom is perfect stay for your friends or family. We can offer a second location if you have a larger group and want to lodge together. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space
