Spacious Studio ( ex photo studio) converted to a peaceful spacious self contained one bedroom studio apartment with high ceilings and access to our garden. Next to Richmond Park, Richmond on Thames, East Sheen, near Barnes and Putney, our own gate direct to the park! Two excellent pub/restaurants nearby, supermarkets 10 mins walk away. 25 mins by train to central London from Mortlake Station, about 15-20mins walk away, buses to Richmond are 6 mins walk away and take about 8 mins to town centre.

If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. Small to medium dogs are also welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

A delightful self contained cottage for two set in the grounds of an established English garden belonging to a period family home. The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom with ample storage, heating and en suite bathroom and a kitchenette. A microwave, cafetière, kettle, toaster and fridge gives you the possibility to enjoy light snacks in the adjoining sitting room with flat screen television and free Wi Fi. A separate entrance provides unrestricted access to the property .

Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
