This luxury condominium is perfect for a family and friends get away. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. This condo features high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings. All of our countertops at The Natchez are custom made out of 200+ year heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the renovation and restoration of this historic Greek Revival building.
This pool view 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is very comfortable at almost 1,400 sq ft and has its own partitioned, private patio with private hot tub, and BBQ pit overlooking the courtyard, pool, cabanas. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls in the living areas, along with a large French door blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The upper split level bedrooms share a very richly appointed bathroom. The master bedroom is elevated on the split level up a few steps from, and overlooking the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. COVID-19 Update: The Natchez is pleased to offer increased flexibility for bookings made after March 23rd, 2020, until further notice, by updating our cancellation policy to Airbnb’s Moderate policy. In an effort to comply with the guidelines for social distancing, we are not currently staffing a 24-hour front desk. We ask that all arriving guests provide us with an ETA in order for one of our staff members to meet you. Guests will be provided with emergency contact information.
Many major attractions in New Orleans are walking distance from our condo. If you would like to visit Uptown or the Garden District we are only 1 block from the Streetcar stop that will bring you to those parts of town in style. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all very readily available from the property.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen: dishes, glasses, flatware, and cookware. Washers and dryers are available for your use. All linens are provided and replacements and extras are available upon request. Pool towels are also available to enjoy the pool and hot tubs.
Please note we require a credit card and matching government-issued ID to be presented upon check-in. This card will not be charged but is required in case of incidentals, and must be on file before we provide keys to the unit.
The apartment is set in Downtown, steps away from an array of dining and shopping, as well as Pelicans games at Smoothie King Arena. Pay a visit to the Aquarium during the day, then take a stroll along Bourbon Street to see some jazz in the evening.
