It has a modern kitchen, shower, quality king size bed, 65” Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, Disney) washing machine and a very sunny and warm large lounge. It has a conservatory which gathers all day sun and a private outdoor garden area. Close to the Coastal walkway, cafes and shops. Decorated in a mid- century theme, very relaxed and comfortable! Off street parking too

Also a sofa bed in a sunroom , which has heavy curtains , for privacy from the lounge It is located close to the scenic coastal walkway, Ngamotu beach & playground, Mt Paritutu, and Back Beach for walking and maybe a surf.

You will find this house a real treetop treat - no other houses in sight, but still within 5 minutes drive of the CBD. The house is nestled in a Significant Natural Area - meaning its natural bush (and bird) views all round. Settle in the hot tub and enjoy the bird life. We love sharing this space with you as we believe it's something special.
