It was recently fully renovated with high-end finishes and exquisite decorations. The Orchid House features a private pool, and outdoor BBQ grill, with shared amenities for added convenience (tennis courts, laundry facility, gym). With security and easy access to activities and restaurants what's not to like!

Special features include a spacious living room, a billiards room, computer area, garage, kitchen, pool and large storage room. There is a surround sound stereo system throughout the entire house and outside perfect for any get away with friends and family. The pool house has a full bed and bath, a cabana for entertaining and a outside bar. The home is equipped with an automatic standby generator.
