This sweet little guesthouse is in a great location near the heart of "Mayberry" (Mt Airy). Within walking distance of historic downtown, the Andy Griffith Museum and Wally's Service station, this bungalow is tucked behind the main house for privacy and quiet. For many years, the property was owned by a local sign maker and this separate building was where he created his signs. Some of his creations are displayed on the exterior. The interior has been completely remodeled.

This 200 square foot bungalow is situated in a secluded courtyard behind Bent Oaks Manor and once housed the family's gardener when the property was built in 1910. One dog permitted.
