Welcome to Wave Haven! Our spacious 2/2 condo has a stunning direct ocean view and is just steps from the beach. We are also a short walk to lively Flagler Ave where there is no shortage of great restaurants, bars, and shopping. Onsite amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, lounge seating, charcoal grills, and a carwash station. Voted one of Florida’s best beach towns, New Smyrna Beach (NSB) is a paradise for seafood, outdoor activities, and wildlife. We look forward to hosting you!

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Home splits off into two separate zones, each containing a bedroom and bathroom. Master bedrooms comforts include a huge King size bed. Large dresser, a 50" 4K HDTV and attached private full bathroom. Balcony view, with love seat overlooking lovely courtyard below.
