Cozy retreat in quaint 1950’s cottage on private John Ford Lake. Less than a mile to Camp Newaygo & Big Air Motocross. Perfect for a romantic getaway, fishing weekend, or lakeside fun as a family. Master bedroom with windows on 3 sides for breathtaking views of the private lake. Outside there’s a big backyard, swing, fire pit, perfect for family games, cozy bonfires and smores making. Charcoal grill, kayaks, paddle boat, row boat provided for guest use. High speed Starlink wifi, Smart tv.

With a sandy bottom & clean water, this 60 acre all-sport lake is a wonderful spot to paddleboard, kayak, fish, boat or just sit, rest & read. Gradual depth increase & no drop-off. There are 2 public launches & our 40 foot private dock for your own boat or jet ski! 2 kayaks & 1 paddleboard available. Joining us in winter? Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.

Croton Hardy Cottage-w/hot tub

This cottage has a lot to offer whether you enjoy fishing/hiking/kayaking/boating/mountain biking. 2 kayaks included/dock access. Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

Lakehaven Croton Cottage

Kayaks, swimming, fishing, sun bathing and barbecues. Pets are welcome at no additional charge! Croton Pond water frontage with a dock. This cute spacious cottage is set upon a medium bluff on Croton Dam Pond where there are year round activities to keep guests occupied. Go swimming on the hot summer days or sit with your favorite beverage by the fire as you watch the sun set over the pond. The dock is available to tie off a boat. Peaceful and open setting with a fantastic view.

We are also close to sections of the North Country Trail. Located on Croton Pond, we have a private dock you can fish or swim from or use it to tie up your own boat. You'll be a short walk from two restaurant/bars, a grocery store, bait shops and gas stations.

Welcome to Brooks Lake! This family cottage is newly remodeled with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint throughout. Bring your own boat and tie up to the dock! Watch gorgeous sunsets off the dock after a day of kayaking or fishing. Relax at the fire pit or play a game of cornhole. Explore Newaygo's Muskegon River on tubes or the Dragon Trail for bikers and hikers. Shop and dine in downtown Newaygo only minutes away.
