Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

This is a quiet, peaceful and friendly small site which, whilst being 2 minutes from the beach, is also 5 minutes from the local shops, pubs and many restaurants in the town. With ample parking, WIFI, a smart TV, DVD, double glazing and central heating, this is a cosy space to sit and watch the sea and it's wildlife.
