Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

Stunning Shepherds Hut With Hot Tub & Sea Views

This Shepherds Hut is our smallest hut but cosy. The Hot Tub overlooks the sea & mountains. There is a balcony for alfresco dining & for taking in the stunning views. A romantic get away in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It's 5 mins from the beach in a car, as well as hill, woodland & mountain walks. The hut has heating, a hob, microwave, toaster & shower/ toilet inside. A fire pit is on site plus a BBQ, if you you are 6ft plus please look at my other hut or cabin as they are bigger

Hosted by Kelly and Daz, in an acre of garden and surrounded by farmland, but just five minutes from the bustling town of Bangor. Easily accessible from the A55, it's a short drive to all major attractions, from adrenaline activities (like Zip World) and the great outdoors to history or culture. We're a cosy bolthole, perfect for unwinding in this home from home.

If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for, then this is the place for you. We are set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, surrounded by hills. We have a smallholding of 20 acres. Guests are encouraged to explore our property and get to meet our animals..alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep. Here peacocks, guinea fowl, geese, turkeys and hens roam freely. We have the friendliest dogs and cats! The unit has everything you will need for your stay. Anything else you require, we are on hand to assist.

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck (via ladder) plus a single lower bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

Basic facilities include a fire pit, cold water shower, pot washing sink and composting toilet. No wi-fi, just peace to enjoy the natural world. You can also take a guided walk with our Shetland Ponies and discover how we are combining farming with nature conservation.

Comfortable and easy to drive on both country roads and motorways, it sleeps up to four adults with a pull-out double bed and pop-top roof bed. The pop-top also provides extra headroom for cooking and relaxing. Beautifully converted, the van includes a fridge, gas hob, sink, dining table and electric hook-up, giving you everything needed for your next adventure.

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £70 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available. Extra logs can be purchased for £15 per bag.
