You'll find it easy to relax and unwind, whether you're in town for work or play. Downtown Evansville is only 15 minutes away & Gateway Hospital only 5 minutes.

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

This 2 person River Place Studio is located on the historic Newburgh riverfront with a short walk to the areas' best restaurants, cafe's and boutiques. Enjoy beautiful river views on the private deck overlooking the Ohio river and God's Garden. Take a leisurely walk on the scenic Rivertown Trail in front. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, washer, dryer, high speed internet, flat screen TV with Netflix/YouTube TV. 2 people max, no visitors. Strictly enforced.

Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

Located right on the riverfront in downtown Newburgh. Perfect access for walking, hiking, running, or bike riding on the popular riverfront trail. With epic views of the Ohio River including a 2nd story balcony view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, our stylish loft apartment is located directly over Honey Moon Coffee shop. Please note that the loft is above a coffee shop that opens at 7am each day and you will hear some noise. 2 complimentary drip coffees are included with your stay!

Located less than 2 miles from the wildlife refuge, 10 min to downtown Henderson, 7 mi to I-69 the property sits in the middle of a quiet dead-end street. Right in the middle of anywhere anyway your journey takes you. 55” TV, sofa bed and recliner in living room, WIFI, washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Large parking area.
