The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

This is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment with elevator within a gated development in the heart of Newcastle Co Down. 1 private parking space is included for your convenience (max. height car 2.14m ). The balcony gives you unrestricted views of the sea & Mourne Mountains. The property is situated on the promenade right in the centre of Newcastle with shops, restaurants, bars and the beach all on your doorstep. This is the perfect seaside resort for walkers, golfers and family fun.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.

Tullymore Luxury Log Cabin nestled in the foothills of the Mourne mountains, overlooking Tullymore Forest park. The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. Within 10 minutes’ drive are Murlough Nature reserve, Tollymore Forest Park and Castlewellan Forest park, as well as Funny Farm Adventures.

Cara Cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Kilcoo in the heart of Mourne. In an idyllic quiet setting, there are breath-taking views and easy access to walking and biking trails nearby. A cosy one-bedroom detached cottage, sleeping 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults, this is a perfect rural retreat for relaxation or a base to explore everything the local area has to offer.

This end terrace house is located just off Newcastle Main Street, within walking distance to the promenade, and just a five minute walk to Royal County Down Golf Course and The Slieve Donard Hotel. The property has been renovated and has a large open plan Kitchen/Dining area to the rear opening to a yard with views of the Mourne Mountains. The bathroom has shower and bath.

Loft @ Mournes sweep to the Sea

This is a self contained loft space with its own entrance, while still being part of our home. It has its own ensuite shower room, a small kitchen/dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and a 2-ring portable hot-plate. Please note….. it does NOT have an oven. It also has a settee & satellite TV. There is also access to our WiFi Internet.

Halfpenny Hut is a unique glamping experience!

Halfpenny Hut is an open space living accommodation equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds, kitchen/dining area, living room with solid fuel stove. Shower and toilet facilities are steps away from the front door. (Fold up bed and extra mattress also available)
