New Stay-cation Get-away - Beach Haven

Come and relax, chill in my comfortable, cosy ground floor, one bed flat. Waking up each morning and having easy access to our stunning costline and scenery. Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Lovely 3 bedroom flat with double beds, two bathrooms. 4 minutes walk from Train Station. Large variety of bars, and restaurants on doorstep. 2 small balconies for the flat where smoking and vaping is allowed, but not in the flat itself. As in most city centre flats, some noise should be expected from passers by, although we provide earplugs for your stay. Noise cancelling earphones are amazing and recommended if you have them, don’t forget to bring them along if you are a light sleeper.

Very easy walking distance to the Sage and ten minutes walk to Central Station. For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.
