The Pelly: An adorable one bedroom near everything

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Perfect for short- or long-term stays, this home comes fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, living/dining areas, super-fast Wifi 6, a desk setup, a covered deck area, and a view of a lush backyard. A hop away from I-405, in less than 20 minutes you will be in Seattle or in the mountains for hiking or slopes. This is an independent unit in our house with a separate entrance, there maybe some noise from upstairs. Close to grocery and restaurants, and free parking in the driveway or the street
